Today, interactions between members of online communities represent a fundamental way of circulating literary and scientific content, just as the texts’ visibility depends more and more on the mobilization of these virtual communities. Digital devices indeed drive the creation of new forms of sociability, which are, in turn, the principal vector of content circulation.

The Directory of Digital Writers

What is a literary work in a digital environment? The Canada Research Chair on Digital Textualities is interested in digital literary forms that do not fall within the definition provided by the Electronic Literature Organization (ELO). Our approach is based on the desire to make visible and accessible works that are not considered a traditional literary form.
