Emma Lacroix is a doctoral student in the Department of French Literature at the Université de Montréal. In the context of her doctoral thesis, she is interested in the links between the space of the city of Paris and the multiplicity of temporalities, from a phenomenological perspective. More specifically, she works on the questions of the palimpsest, memory and metalepse, notably with Patrick Modiano, Sarah Kofman, Régine Robin, Georges Perec, Jean Echenoz and Annie Ernaux.
