Nicolas Sauret is a researcher at the Labex Les passés dans le présent and at the TGIR Huma-Num. As head of digital development and innovation, he coordinates the FabPart Lab, which aims to establish a factory for mediation, participation, and digital enhancement in the fields of memory and heritage, and the HN Lab, which is involved in the identification and experimentation of research tools in the humanities and social sciences. As an engineer at the Institut de recherche et d'innovation du Centre Pompidou (2009-2015), then during his PhD at the University of Montreal and the University of Paris Nanterre (2015-2020), his work focuses on the collective nature of the production, circulation and legitimization of knowledge, by combining the theory of editorialization and an action research approach on digital writing practices.
