The Chair's team is invited to take part in a day-long Wikithon organised by Productions Rhizome in partnership with Littérature québécoise mobile, of which Marcello Vitali-Rosati is a collaborator.
"On Sunday, March 26, 2023, during Wikipedia's International French Contribution Month, the Chair is invited to the Wikithon #ArtsLitt, an editing marathon aimed at increasing the presence of literary works from Quebec and the Canadian Francophonie on the free encyclopedia Wikipedia and on the Wikidata knowledge base.
.In the past two years, as part of the Créer du lien project, great strides have been made to increase the discoverability of Quebec writers, including Aboriginal Aboriginal and culturally diverse writers, on Wikimedia platforms. This initiative continues and is now being extended to French-speaking Canada through the Wiki and the Literary Arts of the Canadian Francophonie project, supported by the Wikimedia Alliance Fund. By participating in this Wikithon, you will be part of this movement."
